I drew this image by drawing from perspective by looking at a setup that was placed infront of the class, This is the view i could see from the angle i was sat in.
These were quick sketches that we had to draw of the first item we looked at in different ways, such as: Drawing with out eyes closed, drawing with our left hand, drawing within a certain amount of time e.g. 10, 20, 30 seconds. This was to get us warmed up, and to test our skills in drawing when under pressure.
This was drawn from another setup where i chose to draw a specific area with a large viewfinder. I drew specific areas of a large set up scene which was a different angle for everyone, as every corner had different items. From the angle i could see i drew a pile of shells, a metal teapot, a jar and the section of a plant.
(sorry for image, it wouldn't turn around)
This we also painted from a layout we could see, but for this we had to paint the outlines in blue ink, once we had created the basic outline, we coloured around the image with the basic primary colours, Yellow, Red Blue and Green. We then proceeded to paint on top of the image with multiple layers of colours, making it look more realistic but also leaving it with bright colours to make it look more abstract.
These again were also painted from perspective, using the same technique by drawing with blue ink then proceeding to layer up with colours.
